Mission Statement
The Milton high school football program strives to provide an excellent experience for each and every player. Beginning with the freshman team, players are taught the fundamental on and off the field skills so they can develop into productive varsity players. We believe that it is critical to develop the player; emotionally, physically, and mentally in order to maximize his potential as a person and a player. This begins immediately as we teach and stress values such as; commitment, determination, discipline, pride, sacrifice, and team work!
As a program, our goal is to provide all our players with the coaching and resources to be successful. This includes providing the best; equipment, environment, technology, teaching and training methods. We appreciate the hard work that is required to prepare for and play football. We believe the memories and lessons learned will last a lifetime and are worth the sacrifice.
We know every player will not be a starter, all-star or go on to college football but as a player in our program we will coach you and give you every opportunity to succeed. In the end we hope that our players will leave better men then when they arrived equipped with skills that will serve them well in life.
