7/26/2021 - Registration is now open for our annual team clinic - Northeast Team Clinic. The clinic is open to all members of our program, (incoming Freshman to Seniors), but is optional. The clinic will be held at Xaverian Brothers HS in Westwood, on August 9th-12th from 5pm to 7:30pm daily.
This clinic serves as an opportunity for players to work on individual skill development and learn team drills with limited contact. Each day players will receive position specific work at their offensive and defensive positions. Coaches will also teach schemes and terms that will be used during the season. The clinic fee is $150 per athlete - sibling will receive a 50% discount. You do not need a buy the camp insurance.

June 2, 2021 - The Massachusetts High School Football Coaches Association is offering a pro-style combine to high school football players on June 26th at Xaverian Brothers HS in Westwood.
Registered athletes will be assigned at starting time and complete the 40, 3-Cone Drill, 5-10-5 Shuttle run, Vertical Jump and Broad Jump using Zybek laser measurements and timing. Each athlete will also have his picture taken and height, weight and reach recorded. The results will be emailed to the athlete and his coach. The MHSFCA will also publish this information in our College Recruiting Book.

ImPACT Testing must be done at home by Tuesday March 2nd, for all freshman, juniors and new students. Students who did this in the fall or winter season do not have to do this again. Paty will update the team checklists from those seasons.

12/1/2019 - The Annual Milton Gridiron Club Banquet will be December 15th at the Terrill Room in Quincy at 5pm. Cheerleaders, players and managers are required to sign up in Coach Jarboe's room before Friday December 6th. A Family style turkey dinner will be served and awards will be presented.

Wildcats Team Clinic set for August 5th-8th
7/10/2019 - We have setup a team store to offer you the opportunity to purchase player gear for games and practice. This is not for family orders, these items will be delivered to the players at practice..
During games we are asking for players to wear black socks and if they choose to wear long sleeves and/or tights they be black. These products come in light weight (HeatGear) and a warmer heavier style (ColdGear). Both are avaiable along with cleats, gloves and more.
We will offer our traditional team store in September.

Certified Trainer, Ted Kackley, whom has a well rounded background that includes working with Mike Boyle and his well known strength program is running the 8 week program and it is open to all Milton athletes for $100.

6/5/2017 - We will again be hosting The Northeast Team Clinic from August 7th through the 10th at Brooks Field. The clinic is open to all high school players, including incoming freshman. The clinic will run daily from 5pm to 7:30pm with the primary focus on teaching proper technique and position specific instruction. Equipment will be issued the week before the clinic to the players attending. All players are welcome and encouraged to attend. The application is below. Contact Coach Dembowski with any questions.
Passing Leagues & 7v7 Tournaments -
- We will compete in the Gold Athlete's 7v7 League at Canton HS on Tuesday nights starting June 27th. This is open to all team members, older players will get priority. All players will need to have a wavier form signed to participate, see below
- We will complete in the Braintree Passing league on Wednesday nights starting on July 5th. We will have two teams, a Red and a White.
- We will compete in the Framingham State University 7v7 June 24th, 10am. The team will be selected prior to the tournament and older players will get priority
- We will complete in two Under Armour Regional Tournaments. We will bring 18 kids to each tournament. The South is July 16th at Oliver Ames HS and the East is July 22nd at Bishop Fenwick HS. Both start at 10am and are one day events.

All MHS athletes must have a Clearance Card in order to participate in practice. Here is the schedule for the day. Players should have cleats, mouth piece and a notebook for meetings.
11am-1pm - Players who have not completed the Clearance Card requirements should come in with requirements.
2pm - Locker room open
3pm - Team meeting (all grades)
3:30pm - Position meetings
4:15pm Stretch
4:30pm-6:30pm Practice
